How to manually set up ShadowSocks on iOS

Step 1. Download and install the client application Shadowrocket or Potatso Lite from Apple store.

Step 2. Run Potatso.

You will be able to run Potatso by clicking on the following icon in the app:

Tap Get Started then tap “Add Now”!

Step 3. Tap Add in the Manual Setup section!

Step 4. Add the following settings manually:

• "server":"ss.weiwei.in"
• "server_port":ss.weiwei.in
• "local_port":ss.weiwei.in
• "password": You can get free account here.
• "timeout":5
• "Encrypt method":"chacha20-ietf-poly1305"

Step 5. Press START and allow the app to Create the connection.

Tap “Allow”.

Step 6. The Start button will turn green and now you can check your connected IP address.

Your setup is ready now. Enjoy using Shadowsocks on iOS.
